Knostra SMS Notifications— operated by Knostra Inc ("Knostra," "we," "our," or "us").
1. Program Description
When you enable SMS notifications in your Knostra account, you may receive text messages related to your account activity, including but not limited to:
- Relationship reminders and follow-up nudges
- Morning brief summaries
- Task and to-do notifications
- Calendar and event alerts
- Account security notifications
2. Consent & Opt-In
By enabling SMS notifications in your Knostra account settings and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Knostra at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the service.
When you enable SMS notifications, you will see the following consent language:
"By enabling SMS notifications, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Knostra at the mobile number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. 3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, the number of contacts and reminders you have configured, and your notification preferences. You can adjust which notifications you receive in your Knostra account settings at any time.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Knostra does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data fees. Please contact your carrier for details on your plan.
5. Opt-Out / Stop
You can opt out of receiving SMS notifications at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any Knostra text message
- Disabling SMS notifications in your Knostra account settings
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enable SMS notifications.

7. Privacy & Data Sharing
We respect your privacy. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your information with service providers who help us deliver messages (for example, our SMS delivery provider) and as required by law.

8. Supported Carriers
Knostra SMS notifications are supported on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via SMS or through your Knostra account. Your continued receipt of SMS messages after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
